Frits Zernike had a variety of different hairstyles during his lifetime. He became famous as a world-class physicist, scientist, inventor and university teacher. However, the Dutch physicist was specially known for his beautiful sense of fashion and his adorable personality. Before his tragic demise at the age of 78 he was frequently featured in the press because of his outstanding hair.
